How I finally got myself to wake up early! I’ve been waking up at 4am for almost a month now—here’s how I’ve been doin’ it. This initiative has been 3 years in the making aka I’ve been wanting to do this for years but was in a long-term, toxic, love/hate relationship with snooze.
