Exercise physiologist Chris Jordan believes that regular work outs are the key to achieving successful weight loss results. Jordan, is the creator of the 7-minute workout and in a recent article he shared with Business insider a suggested weeklong fitness routine to start with. Jordans recommendations which include working out three to five times a week at the minimum. Jordan’s routine is officially called the “Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout” and has gone viral, based on the interval training regimen he enlist. Jordans has designed the work out to give users the benefits of a sweaty bike ride or longer cardio workout in just a few minutes, with a regular commitment being a key to it’s success.
