800,000 Expats Have Left Saudi. Saudi Citizens Lazy To Work – My Response

800,000 Expats Have Left Saudi. Saudi Citizens Lazy To Work – My Response
I happen to bump into Business Insider’s article titled
800,000 expats have left Saudi Arabia, creating a hiring crisis: ‘Employers say young Saudi men and women are lazy and are not interested in working’

In this article you will read explicitly that the Saudi government & Saudi business owners are finding it hard to convince, motivate and make their own citizens work hard for their own livelihood.
Why?
Because they (Saudi Citizens) have gotten accustomed to enjoying life, getting an easy pay day, being able to work less hours and be given a very high income – simply by virtue of them being Saudi citizens – they expect to be paid more, work less and given exceptionally unrealistic privileges.
And that is where the entire problem starts and impacts everyone.
When people of a particular country or nation start believing they are entitled to many benefits and privileges – problems arise. Because they believe it is their birth right. And when you have this attitude – a nation cannot grow, prosper or progress.
So watch this video where I speak and share my views
